A quick note on how this works. Single-trade work is scheduled around our larger projects, and we often quote it on a Time & Material basis so you only pay for the hours and materials actually used. We'll tell you up front which approach fits your job.

Straight pricing, your choice
Smaller jobs are usually quoted Time & Material so you only pay for the hours and materials used. Larger single-trade jobs get a fixed price. We tell you which before anything starts.
